Story
Connie Moore was an amazing daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. She was a very talented girl, who had such a bright future ahead of her; she was not your standard teenager, she was extraordinary! Not only was she a bright girl who was planning her future, completing her GCSE’s and looking at further education and a career, she also had a beautiful voice which she contributed to the community via the “Funky Little Choir Co”. She had the kindest soul and was always there for her friends, with such a bubbly and funny personality.
Unfortunately she was taken far too soon; she lost her battle to bacterial meningitis on 19 January 2014 at the young age of 16. A trail of devastation and emptiness has been left behind. What will not be forgotten is her wicked, contagious laugh and beautiful smile, which would brighten everyone’s day; the wonderful moments she shared with everyone in her life and the special memories she created. Nothing will replace her, but she will live on in all of our hearts and minds. Please help us raise the money to prevent this devastation in other people’s lives and show Connie what an amazing and valued person she was and how much she will be missed. Rest In Peace Connie….
A fundraising event has been organised – “Fitness Fight for Meningitis”. This will take place on Saturday 22 March 2014 at 10:00am at Pure Gym Bournemouth. However if you are unable to attend, please make a donation. All money raised is going to a great cause.
