Story

Hi!

I decided that at the age of 35 it was time to tick 'run a marathon' off of the bucket list. The training has been challenging at the best of time but I am genuinely looking forward to the day and the crowds (despite my near constant moaning since December!).

Having been unsure of which charity to run for for many months, in February I decided to raise funds for Melanoma UK in memory of Bob Duffield and hope to raise £750.

If you would prefer to donate via £5 via text message, please text KJTM47 £5 to 70070.

Whether it's £1, £5 or £10, thank you for donating.

About the charity

Melanoma UK was set up in 2007 in memory of Jon Herron. We support patients and families affected by melanoma (skin cancer) and funds raised help to provide that support. We are funding much needed melanoma nurses along with help in vital research. Melanoma is a cruel disease, still without a cure.
