So, Helen and I wanted to get together to mark the first anniversary of the passing of our beloved friend Louise Wisson.

We thought what better way to remember her than via the medium of exercise and a good natter along the way.

We would be delighted if you can help us to help her achieve her target of £100K raised for Cancer Charities. 

Our challenge to you is this: Please donate what you can now to help us reach our target. But watch out - If we complete the 10K in under 100 minutes we would like you to double your money!

Now 100 mins may not sound very fast to the fitter amongst you, but this is a challenging target for someone like me; who has only ever completed 10K once before, nearly a decade ago now! 

My time then was 76 mins. And that was at my fittest ever. As my lovely cardiologist said to me the other day, 'some people are built for running, and others simply aren't'!
