Many of the children and young people cared for by the Caldecott Foundation have suffered neglect, abuse (verbal, physical and sexual) and suffered multiple breakdowns within the family setting, foster care and education. These are some of the most vulnerable children in the country and the Caldecott Foundation tries to help the emotional, social and cognitive growth of these children and young people. 

The foundation helps the children through education and therapy but it also provides a fostering service and residential care. A worthy cause!

That's why we, and a few others from Vertex, are doing a 17 mile sponsored walk over the South Downs to raise some cash.
