As part of a team I will be taking part in a December challenge of running 5k everyday what ever the weather for Sue Ryder. I can’t think of a better charity to help as I’m sure everyone knows someone who has been in the care of or had the support from this amazing team. 

All I ask is for a few pounds for my efforts to keep this organisation well funded.
