Hi Guys and Girls,

I am very happy and feel privileged to be running the Brighton Marathon for Children On The Edge.  I have tried to help COTE whenever I have had the chance, because the team behind this charity are all very special people, people that try to make the lives of some of the most disadvantaged children around the world a bit better. In my business world, it gives me a balance to acknowledge and help charities and I can think of no better charity than Children On The Edge.

Now as you may already have guessed, I haven't exactly had the time for training in the conventional sense! I have run several times recently and now feel confident that I will run all the way and that I should be able to finish before the roads reopen!  

Knowing that you are all behind me will make the last few miles (which will be painful for all) go quicker.
