I'm doing a cycle ride, London to Brighton on the 20th April so Please help me raise some much needed funds for such a good charity. The Not Forgotten Association which provides entertainment, leisure and recreation for the serving wounded, injured or sick and for ex-service men and women with disabilities.

The NFA do this through a wide and varied programme of activities including outings, concerts, holidays, events and the provision of televisions and TV licences.

Each year they help and support approximately 10,000 individuals of all ages, whenever and wherever they served.
