as many people already know I am a care worker and enjoy my job immensely! But there is one subject close to my heart and that is Alzhimers disease. My nan suffered with this awful disease and I now watch other family's trying to cope with the illness as mine did daily. I attempt to do my best to help the sufferer and the family cope the best they can, it is never enough!  please donate anything you can to help such a terrible illness, if you cant donate anything please feel welcome to join our walk and support us or just come to remember a loved one with dementia.

Description of walk: Beautiful park walk including gardens, parkland, woodland and river views.

Orienteering course available.

Lovely cafe for light lunches and refreshments.

How to get there: South side of the A35. Follow brown signs to the park. Approx 4 miles from Poole Town Centre. Ample parking available.
