This is our first full marathon and we're currently training hard and need every bit of support we can get - we had never realised quite how gruelling this kind of event would be and we want to ensure that we cross that finish line and do something for a great cause, like Carers UK.

Carers UK is a hugely important organisation which works to help support the millions of people caring for an elderly relative, a sick friend or a disabled family member. These carers are unpaid and often without support. Carers UK aims to improve their lives by providing information, advice, support and by campaigning for change - any support you can give will go towards helping them provide this vital support.
