Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for the Great South Run on 27th October 2013 in Portsmouth.

The photo on the page is the muddy finishing photo after the Marine Commando 10K challenge this year. I was quite inspired by our works team and all the other teams, so I thought I would do just a little more and attempt the Great South Run.

I have chosen to raise money for Mind because mental health awareness in the UK needs improvement.

I know times are tight, though just a few spare pounds could make a difference so any donations are welcome.
