Story
Hi Everyone
As many of you know I have recently been working closely with a wonderful charity dear to my heart, Vision Charity (www.visioncharity.co.uk).
Vision supported Max when he suddenly lost his sight at three years old. Vision sponsored the purchase of specialist equipment to enable Max to attend school when he was in recovery. Vision made an exception to support an individual and as a consequence Max was able to attend school, which he loves.
Max has worked tremendously hard to overcome his disabillity and keep his sense of humour and he is an inspiration to everyone who knows him. Following the excellent care from Clive Edelsten and Great Ormond Street, Max's sight stabilised and he was accepted as a Quirister at Winchester College this year (www.winchestercollege.co.uk/quiristers) and he starts his singing in September, a tremendous acheivement from Max.
I would like to try and help Vision Charity to continue helping other children who have to cope with blind and visual disabilities every day. I am therefore going to confront my fear of heights and will jump out of a plane on June 6th and would be extremely grateful if you could pass this on to everyone who knows Max and our story and support Vision Charity.
You will probably hear my colourful language on the way down!
thankyou - kerry and max x
