I am embarking on my first ever competitive run, a 5K, in wintery December! As some of you may know I suffer from asthma so finishing this race at all is a feat for me.

I have chosen the Butterwick Hospice, for children and adults, because it is a hospice located in the North East of England, where my family originate from a few generations back. I always think Hospice's are really important places and are mostly run entirely on charitable donations.
