I know that this is very unlike me, but I am actually getting off myarse and doing some exercise for once and so thought that a decent cause could benefit from it.  

The heart of kent hospice helped look after my dad when he was ill and provided my mum and all the family with immense support and kindness.  They're not a big national charity so could really do with all the financial help they can get, so anything you can donate is really going to an amazing cause.

Anyway, think of me when you're in the pub sinking your third pint as I hike up the north downs in the dark....
