Story

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving Page!

On Saturday 3rd July I took part in the British Gas Great London Swim raising money for St Catherine’s Hospice, .

It was a 1 mile swim in open water in the heart of the capital against the striking urban background of

About 5,000 people took part in the event.

Some of the world’s top swimmers competed against one another, across the same one mile course as the masses, in the elite race.  However, I was not  in that one!

As a parish priest I have ministered to many families who have received wonderful care from St Catherine’s.

I did the swim in memory of those who I have known personally that have been cared for by St Catherines, and also their families and freinds.

I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone who has given me so much support in this event, and thank you for your donation.

Thank you for reading this, and if you would like to support the work of the hospice there is still time to give.

With all my best wishes.

Kevin
