After a few years of sponsoring friends, I have decided to do some fundraising myself! I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 2nd October. While I don't think I'll get anywhere near my PB of 74 minutes, I hope to beat my best fundraising efforts. I'll be collecting on behalf of Age Cymru, who helped me with my age discrimination case against the Army, and to secure a position as a Physical Training Instructor with the RAF. Age Cymru helps lots of individuals, who are unable to help themselves. Please help me to help them. Thank you
