The Course : The course begins with a city centre start at Arundel Gate, heads down the fast (not sure about fast) and flat Penistone Road to Hillsborough before coming back along the other side of Penistone Road and returning to a cracking city centre finish in Norfolk Street.

About me : Those of you who know me will know I'm a natural born athelete and at the age of 43, I will find this challenge a piece of cake, or should I say I like a piece of cake.....

I'm so unfit..... I will be going back to square one, starting with walking and building up sloooow!!
