It's that time of year again, it's time to balance the books and do something kind for a charity.  This year I will be taking part in a 21 mile walk along the Thames, starting from somewhere 21 miles away from the London Eye where I will finish.  There are 21 of us in total taking part and we hope to raise some serious cash for Thames 21.

I have been trying to put the distance in perspective and I have found it the equivelant of me walking from my house in Rainham to Bluewater Shopping centre...ruddy hell!
