Hello there,

Mette and I are presently training hard for the Great West Run, half marathon in Exeter - lots of hills!

We decided that our stupidity should be put to good use, and want to dedicate the run, and any sponsorship we can raise to Allen and Dot.

As they have both been struck by different types of cancer, we have decided to direct the funds to Cancer Research UK in the hope of battling all forms of the disease.

Please dig deep as it all helps!
