Story
Claire and myself are working towards completing a 10K this June in memory of Jenna and for the Jenna Moriarty Foundation. We hope to in any way to contribute to, support and raise funds & awareness for youth mental health.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between people in need and those with the skills to make a real difference. Our country is facing an unprecedented mental health crisis with 10% of children suffering from a diagnosable mental health issue but facing an average wait of 10 years.
We know this has to change.
We have a collective responsibility to help the most vulnerable amongst us, by working within our communities to identify those most in need and providing the mental health services that will benefit their lives. Together we can make a lasting change and start building a society based on the values we all share;
Empathy, Community and Equality.
Whether it's a bake sale or scaling a mountain, the funds we raise together can have a real impact. We're providing counselling service for children from disadvantaged backgrounds and funding scholarships for young people to attend Glasgow Art School in honour of our daughter, sister, friend; Jenna.
