By raising money for heart research, I hope more is learned about heart conditions affecting approximately 5% of people, and more people are diagnosed with enough time to act.

My incredible brother, Karl, passed away suddenly, on 4th January 2022, due to an undiagnosed heart condition.

Those who knew Karl knew what a wonderful  and inspiring guy he was: He was a great friend, son to our parents & he was the best big brother I could ask for. Life without him has lost some colour.

Running was a huge part of Karl’s life. He was a great runner himself, but also brought people together through running, both in Sydney in his running club Athletics East, but also in the UK when he lived here. Karl ran the London Marathon in 2014. I don’t think he would believe you if you told him then I would have a go at doing it, 10 years later. I hope to do him proud ♥️
