Story

***  Update 27/10/2014 - I DID IT! ***

It's over! I'm sad it's finished but I'm still on such a high from the event! I'm aching and covered in cuts and bruises but I wouldn't change that experience for the world.

You've all been amazing with your support and donations and I'm so pleased to say I've smashed my goal! I'm still aiming to raise as much as possible for GOSH, so if you're reading this and not donated, please consider giving even a little.

Otherwise I'll come and show you my horribly bruised legs. And nobody wants that.

Thank you everyone, you're all brilliant!

Love and muddy hugs,

K

**********************************************************

Hi everyone,

So I've finally done it, after talking about it for so long I've taken the plunge and agreed to tackle Tough Mudder for the my lovely patients at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

I've run 5k's and 10k's this year, but this is my ultimate challenge, and who better to do it for than the charity that is closest to my heart. 10-12 miles (16 - 19km) of running, fire, electric fences and ice cold muddy water - my goal is to simply finish!

I'll try and update regularly to let you know how I'm doing. Please donate to this wonderful cause!

Thank you so much, see you on the muddy side!

Kirsten
