Story

Reflecting on turning 26, I'm running 26 miles (on May 26th) and writing articles about experiences with mental health and how my running and activities alleviates pain and stresses for me!

I'm doing it for MYPAS, a Midlothian based charity that promotes the health and wellbeing of young people in East Lothian and Midlothian.

At MYPAS our vision is simple: to provide health and wellbeing support to young people aged 10-21. Children and young people seek support from MYPAS for a variety of reasons. We offer School Counselling, Community Counselling, Art Therapy, Drug and Alcohol Support and LGBT+ Support.
