Well, I did it! I got round in 3 hours 58 mins and 34 secs, I am so happy to have broken four hours! The weather was hot and sunny which meant the crowds were fantastic, but it made it very hard going for us runners. The last 2.5 miles down embankment and to the finish were torture but the support was fantastic it definitely gave me a boost. I crossed the finish line with my friend Mark who has helped me all the way through with my training and we supported each other throughout the run. Mark got cramp with about 600 metres to go and I thought we were going to have to walk the last few metres but he dug deep and we ran all the way through to the finish,,,awesome!

Thanks again for all of your messages of congratulations and your sponsorship, I have now raised a total of £829 plus gift aid of £192 which is a grand total of £1021. It's a fantastic amount I am so impressed by everyones generosity, thanks you so much.
