Hullo,

For those of you who haven't suffered hearing me moan about it the last few months, I'm going to be doing a 10k run in Yorkshire in aid of Kisharon. As most of you know, Kisharon is the home Lee manages (here's Lee - http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=676771442) - they look after kids and adults with learning difficulties (here's them - http://www.kisharon.org.uk/ )
