Story
On hearing about this wonderful initiative from a friend I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to tick a few goal boxes. Firstly to raise money for a superb charity working with people with an often unnoticed exhausting mental condition. Secondly to get back into running 5k after having two kids! I kept my aim reasonable considering having two small children can sometimes limit time and distance, so I decided to go for run or walk at least a mile everyday. The real goal though is to reach running 5k by the end of January.
In light of this I thought a target of £5 per day would be a good one.
