On 4th June 2010 Ruth, Carrie, Tom, JJ and Hugh will depart from Lands End on their bicycles. For the next 10 days they will cover between 85 and 115 miles a day and intend to reach John O Groats on 13th June.

The team are financing all costs so any money donated will go direct to charity.
