On Oct 16th  We are going to be running the Richmond River 10K along with 99 other Love Runners. Our goal is to change the world ( well a bit )  by raising finance for two incredible projects.  We want to support a family we know who work with the poor in Albania and also help a more local charity.  The Earls Court project which works with the oppressed and needy in West London.
