Sadly he was either being left on the streets or was being PTS when a kind lady came forward and took on this old chap with a view to him going to rescue. 

Despite Boss being aged between 12/14 years old he is a lovely chap. When arriving at his rescuer’s home he was severely underweight and his nails were that bad they had curled making it almost impossible for him to walk properly. Over the last few weeks she has fed him up and had him pampered. He has been assessed by a vet who has advised that he has a few major health issues. He has a possible tumour on his testicle, a polyp type mass at his anus and a skin tag mass on his chest wall. This old chap has been neglected for a while and we believe that he deserves every chance at happiness for his twilight years.

Boss has made his way today, from Central Scotland to the Midlands where he will be seen by a vet on Monday with a view to getting him booked in for an operation at the start of this week. This old guy deserves the very best and he has found that in the loving hands of a LUKAG fosterer who will look after and love this boy for the rest of his life.
