Hi Everyone,thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I have decided to run (maybe crawl) the Glasgow Men's 10k. I will soon be reaching the big 5 0 and want to prove that I'm not past it yet! 

My chosen charity is the Multiple Sclerosis Society. This charity is close to my heart as my lifelong friend Andrew( Pin Man )Henderson suffered from the disease for 25 years. Sadly last month Andrew passed away just before his big 5 0. Please give generously to the MS society who enable people affected by MS to live their life to their full potential and fund research into finding a cure.
