As most of you know I have signed up for the NY Marathon in support of Co-operation Ireland. For those of you who know me that is quite a big deal.

Co-operation Ireland works to advance understanding and respect between the people of Northern Ireland and of the Republic of Ireland to build a shared and peaceful future.
