I will be participating in a sponsored walk called THE BIG PUSH (organised by the Sutton Coldfield branch of the NCT) to raise money and awareness of post-natal depression and to help combat the loneliness and isolation felt by many new parents.

The money raised will be used to support new parents who are struggling, giving them the opportunity to share their anxieties and frustrations through local support groups, like Bumps & Babies, and via the helplines and other services.
