I am taking part in the 5K Colour Run on 10th June 2017.

The Severn Hospice at the Shrewsbury Hospice helped my Mum a great deal in her final days with us. The staff are also helping my Grandad Len during his treatment and providing great quality Home Care for him to keep him at home where he belongs. This charity are close to my family's hearts and so I'd really like to raise as much money as possible for this cause, so more families can receive the support and quality treatment that my family have received.
