A few years back my grand mother died of Alzheimer... today a friend of mine is raising money for a charity that reasearches the disease as his dad is also sick...

We ll be cycling the vertical height of Mount Everest this summer in Tignes on our Mountain bikes... which could be quite interesting since I have only done 3 half days of it so far!

Anyone is also welcome to join us for the day asTignes resort is  sponsoring us so they ll put up food, music etc
