On the 24th May 2019 I will be part of a group Kayaking from the Source of the River Thames all the way to the Sea for Regenerate. I will be completing over 215 miles kayaking and camping on a daily basis over the period of 10 days. Regenerate are a charity who helps support young people giving them a range of activities on a daily basis to keep them off the streets and also to help them with mentoring. I am taking part in this challenge to help raise money and awareness of this fantastic charity.
