Our love, Levi had colitis and liver failure when he passed away on 4^th Dec ‘09. He was initially diagnosed with Colitis, which started to affect his liver. He became a member of The National Association for Colitis and Crohn’s Disease (NACC) and found their information very useful. It is an organisation which joins together families, provides grants, guidance to benefits and invests into research at all levels. I know he would appreciate any contributions made by friends and family to this charity.  As a family we thank you for your contributions.
