In June i'm going to be rowing the River Medway from Tonbridge to Gillingham - a total distance of 30 miles.

It's going to be a long journey that'll be fun and hard work with a few challenges along the way.

Much like mental health i'm sure there'll be ups and downs on the way, but the important thing is that there'll be a team of us doing the challenge so we'll be able help each other through and won't be alone.

Not everyone suffering a mental health problem has someone to turn to, may not know who to turn to or how to speak out about it. 

That's why i'm raising money and awareness for MIND so that anyone who is experiencing a mental health problem doesn't have to suffer alone and knows where they can turn to get the support they need.
