Story
So I have signed up for a boxing 🥊 match in March which will follow an 8 week training programme. Some will say it’s a midlife crisis. Well it might be but when I saw it advertised I thought why not!
I have chosen to raise money for Devon Mind (info below). People that know me well will know I have had my own mental health 🧠 struggles over the years so it’s a charity I can identify with… I am also co founder of Madri Boys Social Sports Club a vets sports club that will take on veteran sports teams at various sports (mainly football/cricket and now boxing!) we also like to raise money for a charity and last year choose Devon Mind as our charity to raise money for at last years annual charity day, so I felt why not raise some more money for them!
I am counting on people sponsoring me to raise some money whilst hopefully performing well in my bout in Exeter on March 23rd! I won’t set a target as anything raised will be great 😊
For anyone wanting to watch the fight itself tickets can be purchased here:
