In memory of Steve Griffiths.

 

This page is dedicated to Steve Griffiths, a loving son, a brother and a fabolous friend to many. Steve over recent months suffered a long battle with mental health and in particular depression........tragically on August 27th Steve took his own life at the young promising age of 22.  

As three great friends of Steves......Liam McGarr, Steve Basing and Ashley McFarlane we have to decided to do a cycle ride in Steves memory to raise money for the chatrity MIND.

 

MIND are the leading body in mental health and work around depression helping people get through the rough moments in their lives when all hope seems to be lost. Alarming rate of young people suffer from mental illness and suicide is a huge killer of young men especially......all because they thought no one was there for them.

We will be cycling from London to Brighton which is roughly 50 miles the date will be around the 29th of Decemeber as this would have been Steves 23rd birthday.

Please find it in your hearts to donate anything you can and help save young remarkable lives and stop this happening in future nobody knows the pain and struggle steve went through but together we can try and stop it from happening to others.
