My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 14 to 17 June 2012, I took part in the Football League Arch to Arc bike ride raising money for Help the Hospices. This challenging three-day bike ride started at Wembley Stadium and finished at the Arc de Triomphe, Paris.
After 3 days, 260 miles, a torrential downpour on the second day, coincidentally my 17th birthday, and cycling around the Arc de Triomphe itself a few times (it is probably the busiest roundabout in Europe) I finally made it to Paris and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
Even though the ride is over, the fundraising still continues and between the group we need to raise £50,000 which will help hospices all around the UK.
Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated.

Just reached 550 miles in total, doing around 30 miles at a time. Cannot wait for the ride, less than 2 months to go

The majority of hospice care in the UK is provided by our member hospices. Care is given free of charge to the patient and their friends and family. It can be at home, in the hospice and in the community and can be for days, months or years.
