Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This is me in my special sleepout hat which some sponsors insist I wear before they will pay me!  

 

I'm doing Arch's Sleepout again this year because it's one way of combining raising awareness of homelessness with raising cash.  This year is particularly special to me as it will be my last one as Arch’s Chief Executive before I retire. 

 

We don't suggest this is a real experiencing of sleeping rough - we have cosy clothes, we're in a safe place, and we have a bed to go to in the morning and the rest of the weekend.  But it does make people think about what it would be like to carry all your belongings around with you, not know where you will sleep, whether you will be safe from harassment or attack and what it will do to your health.
