Once again, another baby nephew arrived early. Bill was born at 28 weeks and two days and thanks to the wonderful staff at Warrington Neonatal Unit he is now fighting fit and home with his wonderful big brother Freddie. Having seen first-hand how these units work and the amazing miracles that happen each and every day I am looking to raise a substantial amount which will enable them to buy equipment. An Ultra is right out of my comfort zone, it is really going to test me and push me to the limits of my ability. I was hoping that after fundraising for Freddie last time that I would finally be free of Bulimia which has blighted my life for far too long, it has been a part of my life since I was 15, this however did not transpire and it is still there in the background affecting me each day. Training for an Ultra is massive and again I hope that this will enable me to finally be rid of it. Both Bill and Freddie make my life better by being here and neither of them would be without the specialist care that they received. At any time you could find yourself affected by premature birth, be it a friend, daughter, sister or someone else that is a part of your life.
