I am not an experienced runner so this will be quite a challenge for me!!  Less wine and lots more exercise...how did I agree to this!!!   

I agreed because the National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease (NACC) needs people like me to raise awareness of this lifelong condition for which there is no cure. Colitis and Crohn's can strike at any age but children and young people are most at risk.

Around 1 in 250 people are affected by this and the impact on eduacation, work, social and family life can be devastating.  NACC do a fantastic job providing support and information to those affected.
