Hello all,

I know this may sound hard to believe, but I've actually started to run. Well, jog....slowly. I now own a pair of trainers and actually use them! For the pleasure of running 5k for charity, dressed as Santa, on a potentially freezing first Sunday in December, I have to raise 100 quid. My running partner has already raised £130, so I'm rather letting the side down. Please spare what you can or if you just want a laugh, head to Greenwich and cheer us on! Thanks,
