Did you know that Spinal Muscular Atrophy is the largest killer of under 2's in the UK and it’s impacts touch whole families. The opportunity to enter the academy of the truly virtuous is on the path ahead… I do so hope you feel compelled to take it as I was.

I’ve done some pretty mad things in my life but ABSEILING ... 465ft down Guys Hospital… is probably one of the most extreme, stark raving mad adventures I will have undertaken…I shall be in dire need of some monetary incentive and encouragement to take the plunge, go over the edge, and face the fear.

When I came across the stray flyer in Star Bucks in Blackfriars I just knew this was so right …something so close to my heart ..I was utterly compelled to take action … only a small action on my part, which I do so hope will bring a big change for some children and their families.
