Hi Everyone.

thanks to all who donated before and following the race. It was a challengefor me thats for sure! You may then be surprised to know that I will do it one more time to better my time. I did it in 2 hours 19 mins but next year better than 2 hours!! Watch this space

Ok a wee update incase you are new to this page. I have ran 21 miles this last weekend -- ok it was over 2 runs but one was 12.5 miles and the other 8.5 miles so I am on track for the half marathon this coming Sunday. Last 2 runs I have sorted out the stitch and it has not been a problem YIPPEE!!!. The rest of this week I dont have to run ( at least I will check the training programme and think it says REST!!). Watch out for me on the telly -I will be the one who looks knackered. Will put up new photos of me on the day after so you can see what I looked like before and after.

Its that time of year when I lose all perspective and set myself a challenge. This year it is the Great North Run on the 20th September in Newcastle. Aly thought I couldn't do the training but you know how determined and dogmatic I can be, and now he is eating his words and my dust ( ok that last bit was a lie but you know what I mean).

I am running for Team CF. Doing this for all the guys with CF I have ever looked after and all those who will have a future with the research the Trust is doing.

Did not put a picture of me in my running stuff, maybe that will go on later, as I really want you to donate and not scare you away!!
