After running in the 2019 Sahara Marathon on behalf of Sandblast, I had the opportunity to see the incredible impact the Desert Voicebox programme has on the Saharawi children, as well as the local Saharawi teachers; injecting life, creativity, and inspiration into their daily routine. 

The Desert Voicebox Initiative represents sustainable development in all of its core values and actions and I am excited to continue to see its expansion to other camps -- through all of our support.

For the Desert Voicebox Challenge, I have decided to take on running at least 1,000 miles from now until the end of 2021 to raise both funds and awareness for Desert Voicebox and the Saharawi cause. Thank you for helping me reach this goal.
