15 years ago Lizzy's dad Bob was lucky enough to have a kidney transplant that has changed his life.  To celebrate the 15 years and to say thank you to all the support Kidney Research Wales have given to the Woodies, we are running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money.

We both started training in March of this year and previous to this you would not have seen us run to the shop never own 13 miles, so its a real challenge for us. Please support both us and our charity, it will really help us get through the pain of the run. Every penny counts so no donation is too small.
