As you may probably know I am not the most 'svelte' of people so I have decided to enter myself into the Cardiff Half Marathon.....  

The main goal was a selfish one to get myself 'back' (yes I was at one point) into shape. Its been a long time since I was that handsome, dashing, intelligent, Adonis and body of a temple type of guy.

Its also a bit of a family event as I will be completing it with my two brothers (Elliot and James) and more worryingly - my dad!! (Dodgy Dave) Who is consistently showing me up during training - a secondary goal is too make sure I beat my dad.

Whilst I am doing it I also want to raise a load of cash for running these 13miles or 21km - anyway you look at it - its a long way!!!  Especially for a man of my physique.

I am going to be raising money for Multiple Sclerosis as I really believe it to be a worthwhile cause and wanted to do all I can to help this worthwhile charity.

So I am hoping that you open your wallet for the sake of committing me to running these 13 long miles!!!!  I will be sure to send out some pictures of me completing this 'project' of mine.

Of course if you can think of anyone else that will sponsor us please give them the details.... and if your a corporate type get some business cash in the game.
