Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

David and Lorna are attempting to climb Mount Kilimajaro in Tanzania in September 2010.  We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to donate some money to charity - The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign and Water Aid.  All money raised will be split between the two charities and none will be towards paying for our trip. As we are trying to raise money for two charities we consequently have two fundraising pages.  Any donations made through this page will go directly to the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign, however if you would like to donate to WaterAid please visit our site at: http://www.justgiving.com/Lorna-Russell2

The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign supports the work of The Royal Marsden, raising money to help the hospital stay at the leading edge of cancer treatment, research and care.  The Royal Marsden Hospital was the first hospital in the world dedicated to cancer treatment and research into the causes of cancer.

WaterAid uses practical solutions to provide clean water, safe sanitation and hygiene education to the world's poorest people. WaterAid is an international non governmental organisation.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
