We are running in the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 11th October in aid of Epilepsy Action.  This is 13.1 miles (and yes the 0.1 does matter!) through Hyde Park and St.James Park in London.  As neither of us are naturally gifted runners, (enjoying the good life a little too much for our own good!)  we are having to work very hard training for this event so please think of us on 11th October and wish us luck!  We would like to raise at least £600 for Epilepsy Action to make the pain worthwhile so if you can spare a few quid we would really appreciate it.
